Office Boy

प्राथमिक उत्तरदायित्व:

1. सुरक्षा व्यवस्था:

भवन परिसर की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना। किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की तुरंत सूचना देना और आवश्यकतानुसार कार्रवाई करना।

2. भवन की सफाई पर निगरानी:

पूरी बिल्डिंग की नियमित सफाई सुनिश्चित करना। कहीं भी गंदगी या अव्यवस्था न हो, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखना।

3. 24 घंटे उपस्थिति:

केयरटेकर को 24 घंटे भवन परिसर में रहना अनिवार्य है। बिना पूर्व अनुमति के कहीं बाहर जाना वर्जित है।

4. बिल्डिंग की मरम्मत और रखरखाव:

बिजली, लाइट, पानी, प्लंबर, कंस्ट्रक्शन या किसी भी प्रकार की मरम्मत से संबंधित समस्या दिखने पर तुरंत सूचना देना और स्वयं निगरानी में उसका ठीक करवाना।

5. ऑफिस के निर्देशानुसार कार्य:

जब भी कार्यालय से निर्देश प्राप्त हों, रोल्स/मशीन की पैकिंग करना और उसे समय पर डिस्पैच करवाना।

6. संपत्ति का संरक्षण:

बिल्डिंग का कोई भी सामान बिना अनुमति किसी को नहीं देना है, न ही उसे बाहर रखना है और न ही उसका निजी उपयोग करना है।

अनुशासन और समय प्रबंधन:

छुट्टियाँ:

पूरे महीने में केवल 4 रविवार की छुट्टियाँ मिलेंगी। यदि इन छुट्टियों में भी काम किया जाता है, तो उसके अतिरिक्त भुगतान किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त कोई और छुट्टी नहीं दी जाएगी।
