Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying (xerox), scanning, printing, binding, and document filing.
Maintain office files, records, and proper document arrangements.
Manage office stationery, pantry items, and inventory stock.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing/replenishment requirements.
Distribute and collect documents within the office.
Assist with courier, dispatch, and banking-related office work (if required).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, meeting rooms, and common office areas.
Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.
Assist in meeting room setup and visitor hospitality.
Handle basic computer work such as MS Excel, Word, emails, data entry, printing, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure smooth daily office operations and support all departments as needed.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Good filing and document management skills.
Inventory and stock management knowledge.
Xerox, scanning, printing, and document handling experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Basic administrative and office support experience.
