Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

  • Handle photocopying (xerox), scanning, printing, binding, and document filing.

  • Maintain office files, records, and proper document arrangements.

  • Manage office stationery, pantry items, and inventory stock.

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing/replenishment requirements.

  • Distribute and collect documents within the office.

  • Assist with courier, dispatch, and banking-related office work (if required).

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, meeting rooms, and common office areas.

  • Support day-to-day administrative and office management activities.

  • Assist in meeting room setup and visitor hospitality.

  • Handle basic computer work such as MS Excel, Word, emails, data entry, printing, and record maintenance.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

  • Ensure smooth daily office operations and support all departments as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

  • Good filing and document management skills.

  • Inventory and stock management knowledge.

  • Xerox, scanning, printing, and document handling experience.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Basic administrative and office support experience.
