Job Description – Office Assistant(Mumbai)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle office files, documents, photocopying, scanning, and filing work.
Assist in courier dispatch and collection of documents.
Support administrative and office management activities.
Arrange meeting rooms and provide assistance during meetings.
Monitor office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
Assist staff with day-to-day operational tasks as assigned.
Ensure proper upkeep of office furniture, equipment, and common areas.
Required Skills:

Job Requirements:
Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Attendant, or Housekeeping Assistant preferred.
