We’re looking for a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Garishtha Ventures. You will play a critical role in supervising on-site activities, managing construction timelines, and ensuring quality and safety compliance across all projects.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Oversee and coordinate daily site operations
✔️ Supervise construction workers and subcontractors
✔️ Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues
✔️ Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔️ Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors
✔️ Ensure timely completion and budget adherence
✔️ Enforce safety protocols and quality standards

✅ Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
🔧 Strong knowledge of construction methods and site supervision
🗂️ Proficient in Construction Management, Project Planning, and Regulatory Compliance
📐 Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans
🧠 Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
💻 Experience with construction project software is a plus
