Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate various grinding machines, including surface, cylindrical, and bench grinders.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

· Measure finished parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Perform finishing operations such as deburring, polishing, and surface smoothing.

· Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for accuracy and consistency.

· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of grinding equipment.

· Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

· Maintain accurate production records and complete work orders efficiently.

· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
