नौकरी की घोषणा: वेयरहाउस ऑपरेशंस एसोसिएट (लोडर, अनलोडर, पैकिंग, स्कैनिंग) * कंपनी/एजेंसी: TruRaj Manpower Services LLP * कंपनी का प्रकार: मैनपावर सर्विसेज़ * क्लाइंट: फ्लिपकार्ट वेयरहाउस * नौकरी का स्थान: झज्जर, हरियाणा * आवश्यक कर्मचारी: 1000 (अति आवश्यक भर्ती) * लिंग: सिर्फ पुरुष उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।कार्य और जिम्मेदारियांयह भूमिका फ्लिपकार्ट वेयरहाउस के भीतर विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण कार्यों से संबंधित है: * लोडर/अनलोडर: वाहनों से माल को कुशलतापूर्वक लोड और अनलोड करना, और उन्हें वेयरहाउस के भीतर ले जाना। * पैकिंग: शिपमेंट के दौरान सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करते हुए, मानकों के अनुसार उत्पादों की सही ढंग से पैकिंग करना। * स्कैनिंग: आने वाली और जाने वाली शिपमेंट के लिए इन्वेंट्री रिकॉर्ड को अपडेट करने हेतु हैंडहेल्ड स्कैनर का उपयोग करना। * सामान्य वेयरहाउस कार्य: आवश्यकतानुसार छँटाई, व्यवस्था और अन्य लॉजिस्टिक कार्यों में सहायता करना।पात्रता मापदंड * शिक्षा: न्यूनतम 10वीं, 12वी पास। * अनुभव: नए उम्मीदवार (फ्रेशर्स) भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।वेतन और लाभ * मासिक वेतन: ₹16,000/- * वैधानिक लाभ: प्रोविडेंट फंड (PF) और कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा (ESI) अतिरिक्त। * ओवरटाइम: ₹300 प्रति घंटा अतिरिक्त। * रहना और खाना: कंपनी की तरफ से रहना और खाना मुफ्त होगा।
