Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading and Receiving: Safely unload items from trucks and other vehicles, verifying quantities against shipping documents. 

• Material Handling: Transport goods to designated storage areas, using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary. 

• Food Safety & Quality: Ensure proper handling and storage of food items to maintain freshness, prevent contamination, and adhere to food safety regulations like GMP, HACCP, and OSHA. 

• Inventory Management: May assist with cycle counts, track inventory, and report discrepancies. 

• Documentation: Accurately record relevant shipping and receiving information. 

• Reporting: Communicate any issues or potential hazards to supervisors. 

• Teamwork: Collaborate with other warehouse staff and potentially drivers to ensure smooth workflows.
