नौकरी का सारांश (Role Summary)

Collection Hero के रूप में आपकी मुख्य जिम्मेदारी तय किए गए रेस्टोरेंट्स, होटलों और फूड आउटलेट्स पर जाकर इस्तेमाल किया हुआ कुकिंग ऑयल (Used Cooking Oil) इकट्ठा करना है। आपको मोबाइल ऐप के जरिए डेटा एंट्री करनी होगी और यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि सारा काम समय पर और सही तरीके से हो।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)

तेल का संग्रह: रोजाना के रूट प्लान के अनुसार रेस्टोरेंट्स और होटलों में जाना।
सुरक्षित हैंडलिंग: इस्तेमाल किए हुए तेल को सुरक्षित और साफ-सुथरे तरीके से इकट्ठा करना।
सही वजन: तेल का सही वजन करना और उसे सावधानी से संभालना।
डिजिटल एंट्री: मोबाइल एप्लीकेशन में कलेक्शन की जानकारी तुरंत और सही-सही भरना।
टीम तालमेल: कलेक्शन शेड्यूल और ग्राहकों की समस्याओं के लिए CRM टीम के साथ संपर्क में रहना।
रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना: ग्राहकों से रसीद या पावती (Acknowledgment) लेना।
नियमों का पालन: कंपनी के सुरक्षा, स्वच्छता और नियमों (SOPs) का सख्ती से पालन करना।
रिलेशनशिप: होटल और रेस्टोरेंट के स्टाफ के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना।
रिपोर्टिंग: किसी भी समस्या या शिकायत की जानकारी तुरंत अपने सुपरवाइजर को देना।

काम के घंटे (Working Hours)

ड्यूटी: 12 Hours
साप्ताहिक छुट्टी: कंपनी की पॉलिसी के अनुसार।

योग्यता और आवश्यकताएं (Skills & Requirements)

शिक्षा: कम से कम 10वीं पास (12वीं पास को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)।
तकनीकी ज्ञान: स्मार्टफोन और मोबाइल ऐप चलाने की बुनियादी जानकारी।
कम्युनिकेशन: बात करने का अच्छा तरीका और ग्राहकों को संभालने की क्षमता।
शारीरिक फिटनेस: तेल के भारी कंटेनर उठाने और फील्ड में काम करने के लिए शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना जरूरी है।
अनुभव: यदि पहले फील्ड कलेक्शन, डिलीवरी या लॉजिस्टिक्स में काम किया है, तो यह आपके लिए फायदेमंद होगा।
