Loading & Unloading

•           Safely load and unload incoming or outgoing materials, cartons, and pallets using material handling equipment or manually.

•           Verify quantity and condition of goods during loading/unloading and report discrepancies or damages.

•           Ensure correct placement of materials as per designated zones or staging areas.

Putaway Operations:

•           Transport received materials from staging areas to storage racks or assigned bin locations.

•           Update system or inform supervisor on stock placement and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.

•           Maintain orderliness and proper labeling in storage areas.

Picking Operations:

•           Accurately pick materials as per pick lists, order sheets, or system instructions.

•           Cross-verify SKU, batch, and quantity before moving goods to the packing or dispatch area.

•           Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or mix-up.

Packing and Dispatch Preparation:

•           Assist in safe and efficient packing of picked items according to standard procedures.

•           Ensure labeling, documentation, and packaging materials are complete before dispatch.

•           Support dispatch team in staging and vehicle loading.

Housekeeping and Safety:

•           Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas and follow 5S standards.

•           Adhere to warehouse safety practices and use PPE as required.

•           Immediately report unsafe conditions, near misses, or damages.

Documentation and Teamwork:

•           Support supervisors with documentation or scanning updates for movement tracking.

•           Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely warehouse operations.

•           Attend regular briefings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training sessions.
