Job Summary:

The Factory Helper will support the production and dispatch processes at the Flybed Home manufacturing facility. This includes assisting carpenters and fabricators, handling material movement, loading/unloading, supporting installations (in-station and out-station), and maintaining overall factory efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Assistance:

• Support carpenters and mistry in day-to-day activities

• Assist fabricators during the metal fabrication and welding process

• Perform basic tasks such as cleaning workstations, organizing tools, and setting up material for production

Material Handling & Logistics:

• Load and unload raw materials, finished beds, and components

• Assist in packaging beds, cycle stands, and other products

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods

Dispatch & Installation Support:

• Participate in outstation and in-station bed installations

• Ensure all tools, hardware, and units are packed and dispatched correctly

• Assist technicians at the installation site as needed

Coordination & Communication:

• Follow supervisor instructions diligently

• Maintain a disciplined, safe, and hygienic working environment

• Communicate issues, delays, or requirements promptly to the supervisor

Cleanliness & Factory Maintenance:

• Keep the factory premises clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times

• Ensure proper disposal of scrap, dust, and unused material

• Maintain hygiene in common areas including workstations and storage units

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the washrooms, pantry area, and overall workshop environment

• Coordinate with other helpers to ensure weekly deep cleaning is done in rotation

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 1–3 years in a factory/ manufacturing/ carpentry/ fabrication setup

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items

• Punctual, disciplined, and ready to travel for installations

• Preference will be given to candidates from Mira Road or nearby areas

• Age- 18 to 30 years

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
