Loader/Unloader

Role Overview: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Loader / Unloader to join our Blinkit Dark Store team. You will be responsible for the movement of goods, ensuring that all stock arriving at the store is safely unloaded and outgoing inventory is properly loaded for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading: Manually move grocery items and household goods from delivery trucks to the warehouse and vice-versa.

• Stock Organization: Assist in "put-away" (placing items on the correct shelves) and sorting products by category.

• Quality Check: Briefly inspect incoming crates for any visible damage or leakages before moving them into the store.

• Maintenance: Keep the loading bay and warehouse floor clean and free of obstacles to ensure safety.

Requirements:

• Education: 10th Pass or Below 10th (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable with manual labor and lifting weights.

• Aadhaar & PAN: Must have valid ID proofs and a personal bank account for salary transfers.

• Shifts: Flexibility to work in Rotational Shifts (Day/Night) as per store requirements.
