Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Loader / Unloader to join our team at Chetan Dryfruit. The selected candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, shifting, and arranging food products, dry fruits, grocery items, and other goods between our stores, warehouse, and delivery locations.

The candidate should be physically fit, responsible, and able to handle goods carefully to prevent damage. Good attendance, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload food products, dry fruits, grocery items, cartons, bags, and other goods.

• Safely move goods from one store, warehouse, or location to another.

• Load products into and unload products from delivery vehicles.

• Arrange and stack goods properly in the store or warehouse.

• Handle food and dry-fruit products carefully to avoid damage, spillage, or contamination.

• Check the quantity and condition of goods while loading and unloading.

• Assist in shifting stock between different stores and storage areas.

• Keep the loading, unloading, and storage areas clean and organized.

• Follow instructions given by supervisors and store managers.

• Assist with stock movement and basic counting of cartons, bags, and packages when required.

• Follow proper safety and hygiene practices while handling food products.

• Perform other loading, unloading, and store-support duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / No formal qualification required.

• 6 months – 1 year of loading/unloading, warehouse, store, or similar experience preferred.

• Candidates must be 18 years or above.

• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and carrying goods.

• Able to work for extended periods while standing, walking, lifting, and moving goods.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Should handle food products and dry fruits carefully and hygienically.

• Prior experience in a grocery store, food warehouse, dry-fruit business, supermarket, or logistics work will be an advantage.
