Job Title: Assistant - Loader (Fresher)

Department: Manufacturing / Warehouse

Location: Jigani

Reporting To: Shift Supervisor / Warehouse In-charge

Job Purpose

To assist in the loading and unloading of goods, raw materials, and finished products in a safe and efficient manner as per operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·         Load and unload materials, products, and equipment manually or using basic handling equipment.

·         Ensure proper stacking, labelling, and placement of goods as per instructions.

·         Support production and warehouse teams in material movement.

·         Follow safety procedures and company policies during material/product handling.

·         Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

·         Assist in packaging or sorting activities when required.

·         Report any damage or quality issues to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·         Minimum Education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass

·         Experience: Not required (Fresher welcome)

·         Physically fit to handle manual labor and lifting tasks

·         Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices

·         Willing to work in shifts (day/night) and overtime if required

·         Punctual, disciplined, and a team player

·         Factory/Warehouse environment

·         Physically demanding role involving lifting, standing for long periods, and repetitive tasks

·         Shift-based work schedule
