Job Summary:

We are looking for a physically fit and reliable Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. The role involves handling, packing, loading, and unloading of packing and printing machinery and related materials. The ideal candidate should ensure that goods are properly packed, moved safely, and maintained in good condition during storage and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload machinery, equipment, and materials in the warehouse.

• Assist in packing and labeling machines and components as per dispatch requirements.

• Handle materials carefully to prevent damage or loss during loading/unloading.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and packing areas.

• Support inventory counting and stock arrangement when required.

• Ensure safety guidelines are followed while operating lifting equipment or handling heavy loads.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Inspect goods for damages before and after movement.

• Perform other warehouse support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: 1–3 years in warehouse operations or machinery handling preferred.

• Physical fitness to handle heavy loads and stand for long hours.

• Basic understanding of safety and packing procedures.

• Team player with a responsible and punctual attitude.

Work Conditions:

• Warehouse environment; may involve lifting, bending, and working in varying temperatures.

• Working hours as per company schedule (overtime as required).
