We are seeking a Contract Labour Supervisor whose primary responsibility will be to deploy and manage manpower across various project sites as per operational requirements. The candidate should ensure optimal manpower availability, maintain records, and coordinate between the management and labour teams for smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Deploy contract workers to different project sites as per requirement.
Plan daily/weekly manpower schedules based on project workload.
Ensure that each site is adequately staffed and replacement is arranged when needed.
Maintain accurate records of manpower strength at each site.
Coordinate with project/site in-charges for manpower requirements and feedback.
Handle shift scheduling and attendance management.
Communicate with labour contractors/vendors to source additional manpower if required.
Resolve on-ground issues related to labour availability, discipline, or performance.
Ensure deployed workers are following safety norms and job instructions.

Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Diploma/Graduation preferred.
Experience: 2–4 years in a manpower deployment or site coordination role.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and handle field staff effectively.
Basic knowledge of labour compliance and documentation.
Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
