Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day work at our site. The supervisor will handle labour, monitor work progress, coordinate with contractors, and ensure proper material usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site

• Manage labour and assign work as per requirement

• Check material availability and maintain stock records

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards

• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline

• Prepare daily work reports

• Handle small on-site issues and resolve them immediately

Requirements

• Experience in construction / civil site work

• Ability to handle labour and multiple tasks

• Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and site operations

• Good communication and leadership skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
