Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Prime Plum Private Limited. Your responsibility will be handling casual labour, labour planning and managing contract manpower at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Labour Supervisor receives general work outlines, either verbally or in writing, and then translates them into specific tasks for the team. 

• They guide and monitor the team's progress, ensuring tasks are being performed correctly and efficiently. 

• They train team members on proper procedures and safety protocols. 

• They address routine problems and issues that arise in the workplace. 

• They may be required to maintain records of work performed and team member performance. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
