Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Prime Plum Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Coordination: Assign tasks, manage workflow, and oversee labor teams for daily progress.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, ensure proper use of equipment, and maintain a clean, safe site.

• Training & Development: Train new workers, provide on-the-job instruction, and give feedback.

• Performance Management: Monitor productivity, track attendance, assess performance, and resolve conflicts.

• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, manage tools, and assist with material handling.

• Reporting & Communication: Maintain records, report to HR/management, and liaise with engineers/agencies. 

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
