Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Prime Plum Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Supervision: Supervise, train, and coordinate daily tasks for casual labour crews.

• Safety Enforcement: Implement company safety guidelines and conduct safety meetings.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor attendance, productivity, and work quality, ensuring daily production targets are met.

• Task Assignment: Assign specific tasks to staff (e.g., loading/unloading, cleaning, digging).

• Conflict Resolution: Address staff grievances, disputes, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Operational Reporting: Provide regular reports on workforce attendance, progress, and tool inventory

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
