Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Pest Control Operator to join our team at Pest Control Services. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹14000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect residential, commercial, or industrial areas to identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Safely mix, prepare, and apply pesticides, insecticides, and other pest control solutions.

• Operate pest control equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and baiting tools.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.

• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
