Labour Supervisor

We are looking for a Labour Supervisor to join our team at Malancha. Your responsibility will be assisting and co-ordinating with contractors, operating manpower at site and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction developement work, align equipment and machines as required at site.
• a go-getter in nature.
• Manage manpower to meet schedules and timelines
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards by manpower and vendors.
• arrange Load/unload materials at site.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
• Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site activities.
• can be posted anywhere in india as per project requirements.
• should be comfortable with sudden schedules of travel and long stays at project sites across india.
• site stays boarding and lodging and travels shall be bourne by company.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 3 years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
