Labour Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

●      Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth workflow.

●      Monitor labour attendance, work progress, and material usage.

●      Coordinate with contractors, workers, and management for the timely completion of tasks.

●      Ensure work is executed as per drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.

●      Maintain daily site reports, work logs, and material records.

●      Inspect the quality of work and report issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

●      Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.

●      Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline, and safety at the site.
