Roles and Responsibilities – Labour (Wooden Pallet Factory)

Material Handling
- Load and unload wooden planks, blocks, and finished pallets
- Move raw materials and finished goods within the factory
Pallet Assembly Support
- Assist in assembling wooden pallets using nails, hammer, or machines
- Hold and position wood pieces during fixing
Cutting and Shaping Assistance
- Support cutting of wood as per required size
- Help in arranging cut pieces for production
Machine Operation Support
- Assist machine operators (nailing machines, cutting machines)
- Follow instructions while working near machinery
Quality Checking
- Check pallets for defects like cracks, loose nails, or uneven structure
- Separate damaged or rejected materials
Packing and Stacking
- Stack finished pallets properly for storage or dispatch
- Help in packing and loading for delivery
Factory Cleaning and Maintenance
- Keep work area clean and free from wood waste
- Dispose of scrap material properly
Safety Compliance
- Follow safety rules strictly (use gloves, safety shoes, helmets)
- Be careful while handling tools and machines
Following Instructions
- Work under supervisor guidance
- Complete assigned tasks on time
