Job Summary

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Dispatch Labour for our Bhubaneswar location. The candidate will be responsible for handling, packing, loading, and dispatching solar panels, inverters, and batteries safely and on time as per company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading solar panels, inverters, and batteries

• Packing and labeling materials properly before dispatch

• Assisting in inward and outward material movement

• Ensuring correct quantity and product condition during dispatch

• Coordinating with warehouse supervisor and logistics team

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the dispatch area

• Supporting stock movement and basic warehouse activities

• Following safety norms while handling heavy and fragile materials

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass (preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse or dispatch work (preferred)

• Physically fit to handle loading and unloading work

• Basic understanding of dispatch and warehouse processes

• Willing to work in shifts if required

• Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to handle heavy materials carefully

• Basic understanding of safety procedures
