We are looking for a Powder Coating Operator to join our team at Shreeji Woodcraft Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.

• Help equipment operators, carpenters and other skilled labor when necessary.

• Operators handle surface cleaning, spray gun operation, oven curing, and quality checks.

• Cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and sandblasting metal parts to remove contaminants.

• Operating electrostatic spray guns to apply powder uniformly.

• Cleaning spray booths and maintaining equipment.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 2 years of experience.

Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
