JOB REQUIREMENT – HELPER / WORKER

Handicraft Shop – Delhi

We are looking for a hardworking and honest helper/worker for our handicraft shop. Education and experience are NOT required. Training will be provided.

Work Responsibilities

Cleaning and arranging handicraft items carefully

Helping in packing parcels for local and courier orders

Assisting in polishing, finishing, and simple handiwork

Moving and organizing stock inside the shop

Supporting senior staff in daily shop work

Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the workplace

Eligibility

Education: Not required

Experience: Not required

Language: Basic Hindi, little bit of english understanding is enough

Should be physically fit for regular shop work

Required Qualities

Honest and trustworthy

Willing to learn new work

Punctual and disciplined

Handles products carefully

Follows instructions properly

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

30 minutes break

1 fixed weekly off

Salary & Payment

₹9,000 – ₹11,000 per month

Salary increases after 1–2 months based on performance

Salary paid on fixed date every month

Trial Period

10–15 days trial

Paid daily during trial period

Job confirmation after successful trial

Important Rules

Mobile phone use only during break

No outsiders or friends allowed inside shop

Careful handling of all handicraft items
