Job Title: Helper

Reports To: Supervisor/Team Leader

Job Purpose:

To provide essential support in cleaning, material handling, loading, and other general duties to ensure smooth operations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Housekeeping:

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machinery, and equipment.

• Dispose of waste materials safely and in accordance with company policies.

• Material Handling and Loading:

• Assist in loading and unloading raw materials, finished products, and tools.

• Transport materials and components within the facility using manual or mechanical means as required.

• Support to Production Team:

• Provide support to machine operators and other team members as needed.

• Assist in setting up workstations and preparing materials for production.

• Safety Compliance:

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

• Other Duties:

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
