Job Responsibilities:

Assist contractors and site supervisors in daily site work
Operate and take basic care of construction tools and machinery (as instructed)
Help skilled workers such as equipment operators and carpenters
Prepare construction sites by removing debris, obstacles, and hazards
Load and unload construction materials
Follow instructions given by supervisors
Follow all health and safety rules at the site
Attend on-the-job training when required
Perform site cleaning and housekeeping work

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass
Experience: 0 – 6+ years
Age: 18 years or above
Must be physically fit for manual work in all weather conditions
Punctual, hardworking, and dependable
Willing to learn and work as part of a team
