Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Bakery Labour to assist in daily bakery operations. The candidate will support bakers and chefs in preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, packing bakery products, and ensuring smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist bakers and pastry chefs with food preparation and baking tasks.
Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as instructed.
Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils.
Pack, label, and arrange bakery products for display or delivery.
Load and unload raw materials and supplies.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Dispose of waste properly and keep the bakery organized.
Perform other duties assigned by the Bakery Chef or Supervisor.
