Job Description

• Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives • Influencing gaps fill, initiative sell ins at store level• Plan MBQ by store and hence based on the store inventory data, work the suggested order by Store• Cumulate the same at the DC level and influence the DC manager to order the sameProduct Availability & Distribution :• Regular coverage of the stores• Ensuring “0” Out of stocks and presence of sufficient stocks till next coverage• Ensuring stocks on the shelves are replenished from the storeroom on a timely basis• Delivery of RPS of availability • Delivery of distribution and merchandising objective for New Product LaunchesIn Store Product Presence :• Ensuring that sufficient Stocks supply to be put up on the shelves, gondola ends and off-shelve displays.• Ensuring the hygiene of products, displays and their damage and expiry management
