Job Description

We are looking for a Labour to join our team at Beacon Optronics India Private Limited. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹15,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare Plant by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Load/unload materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior Operators.
Working Hours - 12 Hours
Overtime will be paid for more than 12 hours working.

Job Requirements:
