Role: Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) – Office & Warehouse Support
About the Role
AGH International LLP is looking for a responsible and hardworking Multi-Tasking Staff member to support the day-to-day activities of our office and warehouse.
This is an office-based position. The employee will stay at the company premises and will be provided accommodation, electricity and water by the company.
The role will involve security/guard duties, office cleaning, basic warehouse support and material movement.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the office and warehouse premises and perform basic guard/security duties.
Keep the office, warehouse and surrounding areas clean and organised.
Sweep, mop and maintain cleanliness of office rooms, washrooms and common areas.
Open and close the office/warehouse as instructed.
Assist in loading, unloading and shifting material within the warehouse.
Arrange cartons, drums, containers and other materials in their designated storage areas.
Help maintain proper organisation and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assist employees during receipt and dispatch of materials.
Help with packing, unpacking and movement of goods when required.
Keep an eye on visitors, delivery personnel and vehicles entering the premises.
Inform the management immediately about any unusual activity, damage, leakage or safety concern.
Perform basic office support work as instructed by the management.
Take care of the company premises, furniture and warehouse material.
Job Requirements
Physically fit and capable of handling material movement and basic warehouse work.
Responsible, disciplined and punctual.
Willing to stay at the company premises.
Able to perform cleaning, security and general support duties.
Basic understanding of Hindi required.
Previous experience as an office helper, warehouse helper, security guard or housekeeping staff will be preferred.
