We are looking for hardworking and reliable manual labourers to join food processing Unit at unit in Serampore, Hooghly. The role involves assisting in production, packaging, loading/unloading, and maintaining cleanliness in the factory premises to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: No formal qualification required (8th / 10th pass preferred).

• Prior experience in working in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual, repetitive, and labor-intensive tasks.

• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety in food production.

• Should be able to read and understand numbers written in English.

• Should have Aadhaar Card, Bank Account.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,500 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience and performance).

• PF & ESIC benefits, Bonus & Leave Encashment applicable
