Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description:

Roseland Developers is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our residential builder floor projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with contractors and labor teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction work at the project site.

• Monitor labor and contractor performance.

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.

• Maintain quality and safety standards on site.

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and management.

• Track material requirements and site inventory.

• Prepare daily progress reports and update management.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.

• Resolve on-site issues and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction site supervision.

• Knowledge of residential construction and finishing work.

• Ability to manage labor teams and contractors.

• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site measurements.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of handling site operations independently.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
