• Follow strict hygiene protocols (wear gloves, masks, etc.).

• Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Minimum 8th or 10th pass (preferred).

• Physically fit and active.

• Willing to work in a clean-room environment.

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene in medical production.
