We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper & Packer to support daily operations in our garment manufacturing unit. The role involves assisting in production activities, packing finished garments, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Helper Duties:

Assist tailors, cutters, and supervisors in day-to-day production work
Carry and arrange fabric, trims, and finished goods within the factory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Support loading and unloading of materials
Help in basic quality checking (thread cutting, folding, etc.)

Packing Duties:

Fold garments neatly as per company standards
Pack finished products into polybags, boxes, or cartons
Attach tags, labels, and barcodes correctly
Ensure correct quantity and size assortment while packing
Prepare cartons for dispatch and assist in shipment loading
