Helper

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Vijaya Enterprises. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹15000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispatch orders accurately as per schedule.

• Maintain records of stock, deliveries, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before shipment.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, transporters, and supervisors for smooth operations.

• Load and unload materials safely while following company safety guidelines.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages.

• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain efficiency.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
