Job Description

We are looking for a Helper to join our team at Vertex Lightco Industries. Your responsibility will be assisting contractors, operating heavy machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,220 - ₹18,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Help equipment operators, carpenters, weldors and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare shop floor obstacles and hazard free.
Help load/unload materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
