Helper

We are looking for a Helper/Assistant to join our team, Concept Laundry, to perform a variety of operational tasks. As a part of this job, you will maintain records of items received. Besides this, you will also ensure the timely pick-up and delivery of clothes. The position offers an in-hand salary of 9000 - 12000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily clothes received and deliveries.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 to 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Basic Computer Knowledge, multitasking, and time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
