Job Description

We are looking for a Moulding Operator / Helper to join our Client team for manufacturing units in Pune and Sanand. Your responsibility will be operating injection moulding machines, supporting production activities, and ensuring quality output while following all safety standards. A strong work ethic and discipline are essential for this role. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, along with canteen and overtime benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection moulding machines.

Assist production team and machine operators as required.

Maintain daily production targets and quality standards.

Perform basic machine checks and report issues.

Ensure proper handling of materials and finished goods.

Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 8th / 10th / ITI, and both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates must be 18 years or older. The role involves physical work in a manufacturing environment and may require working in shifts and overtime. Candidates should be disciplined, reliable, and ready to work on the shop floor.
