Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Helper for Packing and Picking in the Garment Dispatch Department. The candidate will support daily warehouse and dispatch operations by picking garments, packing orders, checking quantities, and maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the dispatch area.

Key Responsibilities

Picking garments as per order list or challan
Packing garments properly for dispatch
Checking quantity, size, and style before packing
Loading and unloading cartons/materials
Arranging cartons in dispatch area
Assisting warehouse and dispatch team in daily work
Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace
Following supervisor instructions and company rules
Supporting stock movement and inventory handling

Requirements

Basic reading and understanding skills
Experience in garment warehouse/dispatch preferred
Physically fit and active
Ability to work in a team
Honest, disciplined, and punctual
