Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Helper to assist technicians and support daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling basic tasks, assisting in repair and maintenance work, and ensuring smooth workflow in the workshop or site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist technicians in repair, maintenance, and installation work
Handle tools, equipment, and materials properly
Support in loading and unloading of materials
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff
Help in basic electrical/mechanical work (if required)
Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
Support in packing, dispatch, and material movement
Perform other general helper duties as assigned

Basic understanding of tools and equipment
Willingness to learn and work in technical environment
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Discipline and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions properly
