वेतन: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 (इन-हैंड)

पद का विवरण:
ओएचएम इंडस्ट्रीज़ में हेल्पर के पद पर कार्य करने हेतु मेहनती एवं जिम्मेदार उम्मीदवारों की आवश्यकता है। इस पद पर चयनित अभ्यर्थी का मुख्य कार्य ऑफिस एवं साइट पर साफ-सफाई बनाए रखना, ठेकेदारों एवं अन्य कर्मचारियों की सहायता करना, मशीनों के संचालन में सहयोग देना तथा सभी सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

ऑफिस की नियमित साफ-सफाई करना।
ऑफिस में झाड़ू एवं पोछा लगाना।
ऑफिस, केबिन, रिसेप्शन की स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
डस्टबिन खाली करना एवं कचरे का उचित निस्तारण करना।
फर्नीचर, टेबल, कुर्सियाँ एवं अन्य सामान की सफाई करना।
चाय-पानी एवं अन्य छोटे-मोटे कार्यालय कार्यों में सहयोग करना।
निर्माण कार्य में उपयोग होने वाले उपकरणों एवं मशीनों के संचालन में सहायता करना।
मशीन ऑपरेटर, बढ़ई (Carpenter) एवं अन्य कुशल श्रमिकों की आवश्यकता अनुसार मदद करना।
कार्य स्थल (साइट) को साफ-सुथरा एवं सुरक्षित रखना तथा अवरोधों को हटाना।
निर्माण सामग्री की लोडिंग एवं अनलोडिंग करना।
सुपरवाइजर के निर्देशों का पालन करना एवं टीम के साथ मिलकर कार्य करना।
आवश्यकता पड़ने पर प्रशिक्षण (On-the-Job Training) में भाग लेना।
कार्य समाप्ति के बाद साइट की सफाई एवं रखरखाव करना।
सभी स्वास्थ्य एवं सुरक्षा (Health & Safety) नियमों का पालन करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता:

न्यूनतम शैक्षिक योग्यता: 10वीं पास
अनुभव: 6 माह से 6 वर्ष या उससे अधिक
आयु: 18 वर्ष या अधिक
शारीरिक रूप से मेहनत करने में सक्षम होना।
सभी मौसमों में कार्य करने की क्षमता।
समय का पालन करने वाले, जिम्मेदार एवं मेहनती उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
