Load and unload pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, and structural materials.
Assist in shifting materials within the fabrication yard or site.
Clean pipes and fittings before fabrication.
Arrange materials as per drawing or supervisor instructions.
Assist pipe fitters in alignment and fit-up of pipes.
Support welders by holding pipes, providing tools, and cleaning joints.
Assist in cutting, grinding, beveling, and edge preparation.
Help in marking and measuring pipes as per drawings.
Handle basic tools such as grinders, measuring tape, hammers, and spanners.
Maintain tools in good condition.
Inform supervisor about damaged or faulty tools.
