Position:Helper
Location: ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities – Mason

• Perform masonry, brickwork, plastering, and basic construction/repair work.

• Carry out civil maintenance and repair work within the campus.

• Prepare and apply cement, mortar, concrete, and other construction materials.

• Repair walls, floors, tiles, drains, and other civil structures.

• Ensure proper finishing and quality of assigned work.

• Follow safety procedures while performing construction and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities – Helper

• Assist the mason in construction, repair, plastering, and maintenance work.

• Carry and arrange construction materials, tools, and equipment.

• Prepare cement, mortar, and other materials as instructed.

• Support loading, unloading, cleaning, and site preparation activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/mason.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of construction/civil maintenance work.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Physically fit and willing to perform field/site work.

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

• Previous experience in an educational institution/campus maintenance will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

• It is a Full Time Labour/Helper job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
