Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Helper to assist the VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator in daily production activities. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn machine operations, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the VMC Operator in loading and unloading components on the machine.

• Support in setting up tools, fixtures, and materials as instructed.

• Ensure the work area, tools, and machines are clean and well-maintained.

• Help in material movement and component handling within the production area.

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain proper workplace discipline.

• Assist in basic measurement and inspection of machined components.

• Learn and follow standard operating procedures as per production requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / ITI preferred.

• Basic understanding of mechanical or machining processes (preferred).

• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

• Punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn machine operations.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13000 per month (depending on experience)
