🏗️ Job Title: Helper / General Labour – Construction

📍 Location: Project Sites ( Gujarat - Dahej, Jamnagar, Mundra )

📋 Job Summary

The Helper / General Labour supports skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, and steel fixers on construction sites. The role involves assisting in daily site operations, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety at the worksite.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled workers (mason, carpenter, steel fixer, etc.) in daily tasks

• Load, unload, and move construction materials (cement, sand, steel, bricks)

• Prepare and mix construction materials as instructed

• Clean and maintain the worksite regularly

• Support in basic construction activities (holding tools, passing materials, etc.)

• Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers

• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment

• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE (helmet, gloves, shoes)

• Help in setting up and dismantling temporary structures

🧠 Basic Knowledge Required

• Basic understanding of construction site work

• Familiarity with common materials (cement, sand, bricks, steel)

• Awareness of safety practices on site

• Ability to use basic tools (shovel, hammer, wheelbarrow)

• Understanding of instructions from supervisors

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: No formal education required

• Experience: Fresher or 0–1 year in construction work

• Training: On-the-job training will be provided

💪 Skills & Requirements

• Physically fit and able to handle manual work

• Willing to work long hours (10–11 hours/day)

• Ability to work in a team

• Discipline and punctuality

• Willingness to relocate if required

⏰ Working Conditions

• 6 days/week

• Overtime as per project requirement
