You’ll be part of a team that ensures construction work proceeds safely, efficiently, and on schedule. ---🛠 Key Responsibilities1. General Construction SupportAssist skilled workers (masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians) with tasks as needed.Carry out basic manual jobs such as digging, lifting, carrying and placing materials. 2. Material HandlingLoad and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.Organize and stack materials safely on site. 3. Site Preparation and CleaningPrepare work areas by clearing debris and hazards.Keep the site clean and safe throughout the shift. 4. Assistance with EquipmentSupport equipment operators by passing tools or materials.May help with the operation of simple tools and machinery under supervision. 5. Follow Safety ProtocolsWear and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.Follow instructions from supervisors regarding safety and work procedures. ---📋 Skill & Experience RequirementsEducation: Minimum education not strictly required (often below 10th pass sufficient).Experience: Fresher or up to a few years of prior labour work — experience is a plus but not mandatory.
