Job Title: Labour Helper

Job Description:

The Labour Helper will be responsible for assisting in daily loading and unloading activities, material handling, and packing work within the warehouse or production area. The candidate should have experience in managing heavy loads, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe and efficient material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment safely.

• Assisting in packing and labeling of products as per company standards.

• Arranging materials in the storage area or warehouse in an organized manner.

• Supporting production and dispatch teams as required.

• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area.

• Reporting any damage or shortage of goods to the supervisor.

• Following all safety and operational procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of experience in loading, unloading, and packing work.

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and company policy)
