Ground Coordinator

• Baggage handling:

  Tagging and checking in baggage, ensuring its safe and timely delivery to the destination. 

• Passenger assistance:

  Providing information and directions, helping passengers with special needs, and assisting with delayed or cancelled flights. 

• Boarding and deboarding:

  Ensuring passengers board the aircraft safely and efficiently, and assisting with deboarding. 

Aircraft-related duties:

• Aircraft turnaround:

  Preparing the aircraft for the next flight, including cleaning, restocking, and ensuring necessary supplies are available. 

• Ground handling:

  Marshaling aircraft into position, operating ground support equipment like tugs and conveyor belts, and guiding aircraft during taxiing and parking. 

• Maintenance support:

  Assisting with minor repairs and maintenance checks, ensuring aircraft safety.
